The need for a pastor training centre
In just 10 years, Community Network Ministries (CNM) has started 19 new churches! They are committed to advancing the gospel in areas that lack sufficient gospel presence, establishing new churches in these areas, and pouring into the development of the men and women who lead these new churches.
With this growing network of churches comes the need to develop strong leaders to shepherd healthy churches. This multi-phase project will help provide CNM with dedicated worship gathering and training space for the increasing number of men and women leading these new churches.
Due to their remote location, a formal Bible school is out of reach for many of these leaders. We are exploring creative options to help bring training to them. A Pastoral Training Centre helps provide sound teaching for tomorrow’s leaders.
Shepherding begins by laying a solid foundation
upon which to grow.
This multi-phase project likewise begins with a good foundation.
the Three Phases of the pastor training centre
(Suggested amounts are shown below.)
Phase I: Foundation
CNM has property upon which to build this foundation for the Pastor Training Centre.
Materials, labor, and administration costs are estimated at $38,400.
Phase II: Building
Phase II is the completion of the structure that will serve as a general gathering place for pastors, offer weekly gathering place for the church, and serve as a centralized location for the growing network of churches.
A projected $60,000 is needed to complete this phase.
Phase III: CLassroom
A final single room will be added for a devoted pastor classroom training space and administration.
Materials and labor are estimated at $50,000.
