Multiplying Leaders, Multiplying Impact
Investing in leadership development has a ripple effect for Yenet, share Milton, and Scovia:
“Alice is one of the women God brought into our path as we serve in the refugee settlement. When she first joined our discipleship conference, her heart was heavy—her marriage was broken, and she felt hopeless about her future. But through God’s Word and the support of her sisters, Alice’s life began to change.
Now, she has become a leader—organizing prayer meetings, nurturing women’s fellowships, and walking alongside young mothers as they learn to trust God, find courage, and persevere through the challenges of refugee life.
Alice is not alone. Across our ministry, women are encountering the same hope. With 10 Bible study groups already meeting and 5 more launching soon, God is transforming lives. But with this growth comes a challenge: a few leaders are carrying the weight of many groups. Their commitment is incredible, but for long-term health, we must raise and equip new leaders like Alice.
That’s why leadership development is now our priority. Strong leaders are the backbone of sustainable ministry. Each new leader can disciple 10–15 women, creating a ripple effect that touches families, neighborhoods, and entire communities.
We invite you to partner with us in prayer and encouragement as we invest in training women to lead with wisdom and grace.
Please pray with us:
• For wisdom as we structure leadership training.
• For committed women to rise up as new leaders.
• For Bibles and training materials.
• For strength for current leaders faithfully serving.
• For God’s favor as we expand into new camps.”
