Jason is a dedicated ministry leader, church strategist, and organizational executive with over two decades of experience in pastoral leadership, church planting, and operational management. He currently serves as the U.S. Church Plant Catalyst, helping to equip and mobilize new church plants, and as the Vice President of Sign Resource Management, where he leads strategic initiatives and operational growth.

Jason holds a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southwest Baptist University. His career spans multiple leadership roles, including Operations Pastor at The Grove Church and Campus Pastor at Hill Country Bible Church. He is passionate about fostering spiritual growth, developing effective church systems, and equipping leaders to live out their faith with impact.

Jason resides in Liberty Hill, Texas, with his wife, Patty, and their two daughters, Eliana and Anaiah.
